Shipping policy

At Fivescore Labs, we know that delivery plays a huge part in your purchasing experience. We have selected our delivery and e-commerce logistics partner – IQ Fulfilment – based on exceptional service levels and the ability to deliver Fivescore Labs products to you in perfect condition and as fast as possible.

Delivery Locations 

Currently we deliver to 6 countries in the Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. 

Free Delivery and Cash on Delivery

  • UAE: Free delivery for all orders above AED310 incl. VAT. For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at just AED15.
  • Saudi Arabia: Free delivery for orders above SAR310 incl. VAT (AED310). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED35.
  • Kuwait: Free delivery for orders above KWD25 incl. VAT (AED310). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED35.
  • Oman: Free delivery for orders above OMR31 incl. VAT (AED310). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED35.
  • Bahrain: Free delivery for orders above BHD31 incl. VAT (AED310). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED35.
  • Qatar: Delivery charge of AED45 for orders above QAR310 incl. VAT (AED310). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED75.

Be sure to also look out for offers, discount codes or announcements on the top banner of the main page that offer free delivery no matter the amount you are spending.

Next Day Delivery Information 

Orders placed on the website by 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday will be processed immediately and delivered within the following working day. 

The following exceptions will apply: 

  • Orders placed on Saturday before 3pm will be delivered on Monday. 
  • Orders placed between Saturday 3pm and Monday 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries will not occur on the specific countries National Holidays, any deliveries scheduled to take place within a National Holiday will automatically be rescheduled to the next possible working delivery day.
